Sho was formerly Director & Head of Research at the Good Bankers Co., Ltd. and, before he joined Good Bankers, he had been working at Nikko Asset Management for 14 years as Head of Research and one of the Chief Fund Managers. Before Nikko, he had been with Hitachi Ltd. for 14 years in International Operations Group and Treasury Department since he graduated from Hitotsubashi University in 1974. He studied at UCLA for MBA program for two years from 1980 to 1982.

Primary businesses of Sunrise Advisors are to provide consulting services to Japanese companies for developing meaningful corporate social responsibility program for business activities, and to enhance dialogues between socially responsible investors and researched companies by a broad spectrum of services.
